We are guardians of the UK sport and physical activity workforce and we’re here to listen and take action where needed.
We welcome anyone to raise concerns and to request support in any issues relating to CIMSPA members, partners or ourselves. We are committed to resolving issues efficiently and effectively whilst offering care and compassion to all involved.
At CIMSPA, the safety and wellbeing of all individuals participating in sport and physical activity are paramount.
It is everyone’s responsibility to report safeguarding concerns.
If someone is in immediate danger or needs medical attention, or a serious crime is in progress or has been committed, dial 999.
A bystander is present at an incident but does not take part nor assists in putting things right.
CIMSPA members and partners have a duty to report any issues to CIMSPA ensuring they will never be in a position of being a bystander.
The aim of this customer service statement is to ensure that all stakeholders experience a level of service that meets both the stakeholders’ and CIMSPA’s expectations.
CIMSPA strives to ensure the professional recognition of individuals as well as the endorsement of products, services and organisations indicates quality that is underpinned by regulatory standards.
Unfortunately, sometimes our members or partners are sanctioned, having been found to have breached their code of conduct, policies, contract, and/or their terms and conditions.
