Our offices and phone lines are open Monday to Friday.

We are open:

Report, support or complain

We are guardians of the UK sport and physical activity workforce and we’re here to listen and take action where needed.

We welcome anyone to raise concerns and to request support in any issues relating to CIMSPA members, partners or ourselves. We are committed to resolving issues efficiently and effectively whilst offering care and compassion to all involved.

Dissatisfied with a service or have an issue in relation to the UK sport and physical activity sector? Regardless of whether you are a CIMSPA member, partner or the general public, make your complaint and allow us to investigate further and take action as required.

Safeguarding

At CIMSPA, the safety and wellbeing of all individuals participating in sport and physical activity are paramount.

It is everyone’s responsibility to report safeguarding concerns.

Report a safeguarding concern

If you have any safeguarding concerns regarding any of CIMSPA’s People (which includes employees, Board trustees, sub-committee members etc.), CIMSPA members or CIMSPA partners, please report your concerns.

Duty to report

A bystander is present at an incident but does not take part nor assists in putting things right.

CIMSPA members and partners have a duty to report any issues to CIMSPA ensuring they will never be in a position of being a bystander.

Sanctioned members and partners

CIMSPA strives to ensure the professional recognition of individuals as well as the endorsement of products, services and organisations indicates quality that is underpinned by regulatory standards.

Unfortunately, sometimes our members or partners are sanctioned, having been found to have breached their code of conduct, policies, contract, and/or their terms and conditions.
