As CIMSPA operates for the benefit of the sport and physical activity sector, it aims to ensure that members, partners, customers and individuals who engage with the sector receive fair and consistent consideration and where this is not achieved, provide a mechanism to rectify any errors that may occur and improve CIMSPA’s policy, procedures, or systems.
