Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees (the Board) is the ultimate decision-making body within CIMSPA. It is responsible for setting the strategy of the organisation and for providing exemplary leadership in line with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Currently chaired by Marc Woods, the Board holds a wealth of experience from within and outside of the sector. Elected trustees are CIMSPA members voted for by full members to sit on the Board. Appointed trustees are recruited for their specialist knowledge, skills and experience aligned to the needs of the Board. The Board meets at least four times per calendar year and the meeting minutes are publicly available.
